6.I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
7.Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Due to Covid-19, the delivery time will be little longer than before. If you can not get the goods within 45 days, pls contact us, we will resend you the new one.
10. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 2 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet etc, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 and 40 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
